Bridging The Gap Foundation is a mission-driven organization focused on helping individuals successfully transition into their next stage of life. Founded in 2005, the foundation builds upon more than two decades of educational support, mentoring, advocacy, and student development through Bridging the Gap Learning Center and Bridging the Gap Educational Services.
We exist to close the gap between academic achievement and real-world readiness by equipping students and young adults with the skills, support systems, mentorship, and opportunities needed to thrive beyond the classroom.
